Digital generation of orders without limits – whether API interface, websites, Shopify, or white label stores, all are supported by our system. QR code labels contain everything necessary to produce the job in an automated fashion that flows through the production process seamlessly.
A terminal records incoming blank inventory to ensure that blanks are properly accounted for and immediately placed into production, or placed in the warehouse for picking as needed. At this station, blanks receive a QR code sticker which is scanned at every terminal in the production process to complete the order. Each station communicates with the operator and the production equipment to allow for high-speed processing.
Depending on your workflow, pre-treat may be a stand-alone process, or it may be integrated as part of the printing process (ROQ NOW). Pre-treat is applied to the blank as appropriate to accommodate the size and location of the artwork that is to be printed on the blank.
The system automatically uploads art files to the printer and shows the operator the blank color, style, size, and print location. This is accomplished by scanning the QR code on the blank. This easy-to-use system allows the printer to operate at the full speed even though every blank may require different artwork. Perfect for one-off print-on-demand production without errors or wasting operator time reading instructions.
Automatically send digitized files to the embroidery machine by scanning the QR code. Quick setup that allows for highly profitable one-off embroidery production.
A final check to ensure high-quality production has occurred and to prevent errors from happening. A quick scan of the QR code tells the operator what to look for on the garment. The color, size, style, of the blank are shown along with the print location and artwork. If the item is part of a larger order, or needs additional print locations applied, the system tells the operator what to do next.
When garments are part of a larger order, the system notifies the operator to place the garment in a numbered bin while it waits for each item in the order to be completed. Once all items in the order have passed quality control, the system instructs the operator to pull and scan every item in the assigned bin associated with the order, and prepare the order for shipping.
The system automatically generates the shipping label based on the customers desired shipping method. It also has the ability to print a customized marketing card or message card that goes inside the package as it is prepared for shipping. The customer is then notified of the shipment along with tracking information.
